There's a little more than 2 months before I break into the next transition of my life. It feels as if I'm on a bus tour making visits to a mix of "emotional" pit stops: anxiousness, excitement, worry, confusion, and second guessing to name a few.
Perhaps I've lost touch in preparing for change. I've been doing the same routine for more than three years now -- jeez -- any longer and I would be a lifer under the corporate umbrella!
I've got a lot on my mind right now. Like:
- What do I want to keep/sell before I move out?
- What am I going to do when I get back from the trip?
- Where am I going to live?
- Where am I going to put my car? Should I cancel my insurance?
- How much money should I bring in cash for my trip?
- Should I buy all my flight tickets now or as I'm travelling?
STOP!
Okay, reality check. I know that everything will be just fine if I take everything step by step. Yesterday, I got the N9 (lease cancellation) form in order for me to formally end my rental lease at the end of March. That's a first step.
The next step big step is to buy my ticket to Japan.........
