In my last post I provided a couple pieces of advice when living/visiting Osaka.
I forgot to include the most important suggestion:
EAT THE FOOD!
It's healthy. It's fresh. It's delicious.
Fish is an integral part of the Japanese diet. High in essential oils and good fatty acids that contribute to good health.
Tofu, Fish, Rice, Soup.
My game face. Oh so hungry!
Yaki Soba at it's best. This is one of the common street foods found in Osaka. It is frequently mixed in with sliced cabbage.
Bento Boxes (Japanese lunch boxes).
Yummm!
